- Please use the temporary canal side entrance, the pink arrows will guide you to get there.
- If we’re at capacity, please submit a request—we wouldn’t want to miss the pleasure of hosting you.
- Please note that we can hold reserved tables for up to 15 minutes past the scheduled reservation time.
- Our kitchen is open from 11 am until 10.30 pm from Sunday to Wednesday, until 11.30 pm on Thursday, and until 00.30 am on Friday and Saturday.
- Dress Code: Embrace smart casual attire. Offensive wear or beach attire (swimwear and flipflops) is not allowed. Headgear and sunglasses removal (except on the terrace during the day) is required.
- Age Policy: LuminAir is an 18+ venue after 10 pm. Children are warmly welcomed during the day and early evening, with no alcohol served to those under 18 (up to 21, age verification may be requested).
- Pets Welcome: Well-behaved pets are gladly received in our bar area. Keep them on a leash for harmony, and note that later at night, increased music volume may affect their comfort.
You will find us on the 11th floor of DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal Station on the Oosterdokseiland. From our original entrance at Oosterdoksstraat 4, please follow the pink arrows to get access to our temporary entry on the canal side.
Visiting Amsterdam by car? The public parking garage Parking Centrum Amsterdam Oosterdok is located underneath the hotel.
