At the Diplomático Rum Artisans of Taste, bartender Giulia triumphed with her signature “Xocoatl”—a tribute to cocoa’s legendary “dark brown gold.” Crafted at our stunning rooftop bar, the cocktail perfectly showcased our team’s creativity and elevated mixology scene in Amsterdam.
